
You can remove links by clicking into the link and pressing the remove link button. In the same way you can send them to as long as the fields on are known. The grey chain icon allows you to add a link into a text block. These allow you to find text within a block, or replace all occurrences of it The last two buttons allow you to undo or redo a change.

You should instead use the Paste From Word button. Note that pasting directly from Word or from a website is not advised since it will bring through its own styles. This group of buttons allow you to cut, copy and paste content.
